My hubby's mother is Korean and we want the kids to take part in some of her traditions. The 1st birthday is a very big thing in Korea. The birthday child will dress up and take part in traditional ceremonies. We had TJ's photo taken on her 1st birthday in her hanbok and the same with MA. We were also glad TJ could still wear hers at MA's photo session.
