A quick update on the adoption stuff......we are still waiting!!!! YES! Still waiting to talk to a human and find out if our home study was approved and find out if we will ever really get to look for the additions our family is so excited about.
At this stage in the game it is pretty rough keeping hopeful. When no one is communicating with you and you feel like you've been left out in the cold, it is hard to see the end of the road. We have tried to stay realistic through the whole process, but 2 months without any kind of word is a little much to take.
We daily pray for patience and for the CPS workers and we would like to ask all our friends and family to do the same.
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven Ecclesiastes 3:1
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end. Ecclesiastes 3:11

I am so sorry that you have not heard anything from CPS. Please try to stay positive. I remember the wait like it was yesterday. Trust me though, when you are finally holding and loving on that new baby, toddler, child.... you will quickly forget how hard and painful the waiting was. I will pray that CPS contacts you. There are so many children who need good homes, it is so sad when it takes so long to match them together. However, it will be so worth the wait!
