This adoption stuff is hard!
Because of the new adoption laws in Korea
our agency is trekking through unchartered territory.
We have questions, the agency has questions.
We are all still uncertain of the answers.
No one yet knows what the process will truly look like.
My understanding is that, as of now, the process won't change much.
There is a 2nd adoption approval authority that ALL
of our paperwork will now go through.
That might add a couple of weeks to our wait,
but our agency feels the timelines will likely
stay close to what we were told when we began.
For now we are hopeful that Liam will be home in August.
However, we are preparing to wait until October or November.
In other adoption news we are still raising funds for our travel expenses.
