Hubby and I are wondering if our house will ever sell. It has been on the market since August. We really thought we would be out of it by now and moving to DFW as family before Christmas. It is hard being apart for the holidays. Our contract with the real estate agent is up the 15th of this month. We now have to decide if it would be best to stay with the realtor or try selling the house ourselves. We are stuck between a rock and a hard space right now.
The house is in good condition. We could do some minor updates, but we just don't have the money to put in house. It is hard enough just keeping up with two households.
Keep us in thoughts and prayers. Maybe Santa will give me buyers for Christmas.
