We are getting even closer to having new children in our home.
Last night we went to our fifth training class. In complete honesty, I'm bored to tears. Having a sociology degree and reading any & everything on adoption before this class has left me over prepared. Because of that, I am frustrated at not getting more out of the class.
Today, our facilitator came to the house to do a prelim. assessment to help with the home study. The only thing we didn't have right was the size of our fire extinguisher. We have a 3.5 pound extinguisher and we need a 5 pound. So, we are completely ecstatic about the prelim.
